TAKING CARE OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION

Have you ever considered who will hold the keys to your apartment or villa when you're away? Friends and neighbors can be helpful, but not always available, especially if you arrive early in the morning or face an issue on a weekend or holiday.

SONA Properties is here to assist: we'll securely store your keys in a safe at our office and only use them at your request or with your approval to inspect your property and address any issues.

By entrusting your keys to us, we can also ensure that someone is available to receive deliveries on your behalf.

Key Storage - 650 AED \ YEAR

  • We keep your keys in a safe place
  • We will issue it to you or a trusted person during business hours in our office

Key Delivery - 1.350 AED \ YEAR

The services of the "Key Storage" package are included, as well as:
  • Our employee will bring the keys to the right address (within the borders of the Emirate of Dubai, taxi is paid additionally + extra charge for night time)
  • We will meet parcels or employees without your presence and, if necessary, wait to take the keys back (each departure is 200 AED + taxi cost + nighttime surcharge)

Subscription - 5.480 AED \ YEAR

The services of the "Key Storage" package are included, as well as:
  • 15 trips per year (key collection, pick-up of deliveries or employees). There is a surcharge for taxis and night time.
